John "Bruno" Derosa
|
Bruno started out as arguably the
most fearless in a long succession of morning show interns under Johnson & Tofte in 1997. His enthusiastic support and deal-making savvy
soon elevated him to morning show producer, and it wasn't long before he was helping the show post its biggest ratings.
In keeping with the station's diverse nature, Bruno hailed from the east coast with a unique energy and intelligent approach
that rounded out a very talented lineup at the Classic Rock Station in the later days before we
moved from Industrial Road. He currently works for KDOX/KJUL in Las Vegas.

Blues hound John Earl
|
Much of what has been said about John Earl
comes from that delightfully dark side of the human psyche known as The Blues. Those close to the man will attest to
his warmth and generosity, but one ponders whether it might be from a sense of atonement for past sins in those
dank, dark blues clubs. Aw shit, who we kiddin'? John's one of the ballsiest blues singers and one of the kindest, funniest
people you'd ever be lucky enough to know. He hosted the Sunday night institution "Cruisin' For a Bluesin'"
until a he was fired by a program director who said he couldn't see any connection between Classic Rock and The Blues.
John still performs to happy audiences regularly around the world.

Dan Lea with our dear bud Dre.
|
Every radio station worth a crap
has its own in-house "voice." And the exceptional 'voices' also lend a huge amount of creativity to the station's
presentation. Such was the case with one Andre Zamparelli, a phenomenal talent on both fronts. "Dre" was
able to inject a manic urgency into the Classic Rock Station's sound in the late 90s. He had an ability to show you
the dark side of life with a devilish smile, but those of us closest to him will always remember his tenderness and
shy nature. NOT. Dre currently works in radio production in southern California.

Sam O'Neil with Jim Scott.
|
He had one of those voices that made him a natural not only
for radio, but for entertaining people overall. Sam O'Neil was our voice guy and Production Director 2001-2004,
but made just as much of an impact on our day-to-day lives at work. With boundless enthusiasm and never a negative word, Sam was
a true joy to be around, and he was in demand as one of the premiere voice talents in the country before succumbing
to cancer in 2007.

Giving JO a new meaning
|
Production Director Jamie Osborn is a broadcast phenomenon whose
presentation and passion transcend mere talking. Don't get us wrong, he has one of the best and most versatile voices in all
of radio, but it's the oh-so-subtle way he has of putting it in your face that makes Jamie a standout from
the Classic Rock Station's resurgence in 2002. He is still one of the most in-demand voices in the business, and is running a cluster of
successful radio stations in the Four-Corners region of New Mexico.

Jana Jetson-Davis, long story...
|
Jana Davis has been known by a number of names
at the Classic Rock Station, most notably Mona Corona. That sultry voice you've heard so many weekends and overnights through the
years, that's our Jana. She teaches children for a living and still works in radio in Las Vegas.
