THE STORY
CCR featuring Elliot Easton return to Junefest for a rousing set of old-time favorites just before Joe Walsh had everyone doing double-takes. They're not really considered "Classic Rock," but The Knack wowed 'em with a high-energy set in the bright sunshine. Local 'battle of the bands' winners Mama Zeus won the right to open the show. Cheap Trick were originally booked but had to cancel two weeks before the show because of tour conflicts.
